What does my Strength Score number mean?

Your Strength Score runs from 0 to 1000. Here is what each part of that scale means.

  • 0 to 249: just getting started.
  • 250 to 449: you lift now.
  • 450 to 649: actually strong.
  • 650 to 799: people notice.
  • 800 to 949: seriously strong.
  • 950 to 1000: freak, in a good way.

These are the same numbers your rank is built from, so a higher band and a higher rank move together.

The score is the honest answer to one question: are you actually getting stronger? It moves when you beat what you have already proven, and it does not move because you trained more often.
