Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play. Open your store account, find Kovo under subscriptions, and cancel. You'll keep access until the end of the billing period.

Lost progress or missing workouts?

Your data is synced to your account. Sign out and back in, then email us if anything's still missing. We can almost always recover it.

Refunds

Refunds are handled through Apple or Google. We don't have access to those receipts. Reach out anyway and we'll point you to the right place.
