What do I get for importing?
The first time you ever import, you get 10,000 XP.
It is a one time welcome. The amount does not depend on how much you brought across. Five workouts and five hundred workouts both pay the same 10,000.
Importing again pays nothing. The bonus is paid once on your account and does not come back, so a second file adds your history without adding more XP.
