How to do it
Stand facing the machine and grip the neutral handles at shoulder height. Press the handles up and overhead until your arms are straight, then lower under control back to your shoulders.

Common mistakes
- Do not arch your lower back to push the weight
- Do not let the handles drift forward of your head
- Do not lock out with a jerk at the top
