How to do it
Sit facing the chest pad of the lever reverse fly machine and grip the handles with arms extended in front of you. Sweep your arms back and out in a wide arc, squeezing your shoulder blades together, then return under control.
- 1Your rear delts and mid-back driving the arms back
- 2A squeeze between your shoulder blades at the back of the rep
- 3Your chest staying flat against the pad the whole time
Common mistakes
- Do not shrug your traps up toward your ears
- Avoid bending your elbows to pull the weight
- Do not let the handles snap back on the return
