How to do it
Load one end of a barbell into a landmine and clip on a Viking press attachment, gripping both neutral handles at shoulder height. Stand or half-kneel facing the bar, brace your core, and press the attachment up and slightly forward along the landmine arc until your arms are extended. Lower under control back to your shoulders.
- 1Shoulders and triceps driving the press up the arc
- 2Core braced so your ribs stay down and back stays flat
- 3A smooth, shoulder-friendly path with the neutral grip
Common mistakes
- Overarching your lower back to launch the weight
- Letting your elbows flare wide off the handles
- Shrugging your shoulders up at the top of the press
