How to do it
Stand tall with a dumbbell in each hand hanging in front of your thighs, palms facing down in a pronated grip. Keeping your elbows pinned to your sides, curl the dumbbells up toward your shoulders. Lower them slowly back to the start, keeping your wrists firm and straight.
