How to do it
Stand tall holding a single dumbbell at your side with an underhand grip, palm facing forward. Keeping your arm straight with a soft elbow, raise the dumbbell directly in front of you to shoulder height, then lower it slowly. Brace your core and avoid leaning back. Complete all reps, then switch arms.
