How to do it

Sit and rest your forearm on a bench with your hand hanging off the edge, palm facing down and holding a dumbbell. Extend the weight upward by raising the back of your hand, then lower it slowly through a full range.

  2. 2Move only at the wrist while the forearm stays pinned
  3. 3Squeeze at the top, then lower with control
