How to do it

Sit on a bench and rest your forearms on your thighs with your wrists just past your knees, holding a barbell with palms facing down. Let the bar lower by dropping your wrists, then lift it by extending your wrists upward as far as you can. Lower under control and repeat.

  1. 1The top of your forearms contracting as the bar rises
  2. 2Forearms locked flat against your thighs
  3. 3A controlled stretch at the bottom of each rep

Common mistakes
