How do I switch between kg and lb?
Open your profile settings and find the Unit system row.
- Metric: weights in kilograms.
- Imperial: weights in pounds.
Pick the one you want. You can change it back whenever you like.
The setting changes what Kovo shows you, in your plan and in your history. Nothing you already logged is changed by it. The same sets are there, in the unit you asked for.
