Kovo matches every exercise name in your file to one of its own. It only asks you about the names it is not sure of.

• Sure: the name goes through without asking you.
• Not sure: Kovo shows you its best guess and you confirm it.
• No idea: you search for the right exercise, create it, or skip it.

Equipment is part of the name here. A barbell squat and a band squat are two different exercises to Kovo.
