How to do it
Extend one arm in front of you with the palm facing up and the elbow straight. Use the other hand to gently pull the fingers and thumb down and toward the pinky side, opening up the inner forearm and wrist. Hold the stretch, breathing steadily, then ease off and switch arms.

Common mistakes
- Do not yank the fingers; apply slow, gentle pressure
- Avoid bending the elbow, which shortens the stretch
- Do not push into sharp pain; stay at a firm but comfortable stretch
