How to do it
Extend one arm in front with the palm facing up. Use your other hand to gently pull the fingers down and back toward the floor, stretching the top of the forearm and wrist, then hold.
- 1Feel a stretch across the top of the forearm and wrist
- 2Keep the working arm extended and steady
- 3Pull only until you feel mild tension
Common mistakes
- Do not bend the elbow to dodge the stretch
- Avoid jerking the fingers; pull slowly
- Do not hold your breath during the stretch
