How to do it
Extend one arm in front with the palm down and fingers straight. Use your other hand to gently bend the wrist toward the pinky side, holding the stretch along the thumb-side forearm.
- 1Feel a gentle stretch along the outer forearm and wrist
- 2Keep the working arm straight and relaxed
- 3Move only at the wrist, not the elbow
Common mistakes
- Do not force the wrist past mild tension
- Avoid clenching the fingers into a fist
- Do not let the shoulder shrug up
