How to do it

Face away from the TRX anchor and grip the handles overhead with arms extended, leaning forward so your body angles toward the floor. Keeping your upper arms fixed and elbows pointing forward, bend only at the elbows to lower your head between your hands, then extend your arms to press back to the start.

Common mistakes

  • Don't let your elbows drift wide or drop toward the floor
  • Don't let your hips sag; hold a straight body line
  • Don't shrug your shoulders to help push yourself back up
