How to do it
Stand facing away from the TRX anchor and grip the handles with arms extended in front of you, leaning forward onto the straps. Bend your elbows to let your body lower toward your hands, then press back out to full extension by driving through your triceps and chest.
- 1Feel your triceps and chest press you back out to the start
- 2Keep your elbows tracking close as you lower in
- 3Brace your core to hold a straight line through the press
Common mistakes
- Do not let your hips pike or sag as you press
- Avoid letting the straps swing or your body twist
- Do not rush the descent; control the stretch
