How to do it

Grip the TRX handles and lean back into an inverted row position with your body straight. As you pull your chest to the handles, drive your knees up toward your chest in a tuck, then extend your legs back out as you lower under control.

  1. 1Feel your mid-back pull you up while your abs drive the knee tuck
  2. 2Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top of the row
  3. 3Keep the movement of arms and knees coordinated and smooth

Common mistakes

  • Do not let your hips drop when your legs extend
  • Avoid swinging the straps to create momentum
  • Do not shrug your shoulders during the pull
