How to do it
Set the TRX straps short and grip the handles, then walk your feet forward until your body is parallel to the floor, hanging underneath the anchor. Pull your chest up to the handles by driving your elbows back, then lower under control to a full hang.
- 1Pull your chest toward the handles and feel your mid-back squeeze
- 2Drive your elbows back and down, leading with your shoulder blades
- 3Keep your body in one rigid line from head to heels
Common mistakes
- Do not let your hips sag toward the floor
- Avoid shrugging your shoulders toward your ears
- Do not jerk or use momentum to reach the top
