How to do it

Set the TRX straps to mid-length and grip the handles with your hands close together, palms facing down. Walk your feet forward and lean into the straps with your body in a straight line, then bend your elbows close to your sides to lower your chest toward the handles and press back up.

Common mistakes

  • Don't let your hips sag or pike out of the plank line
  • Don't flare your elbows wide; keep them tracking close to your torso
  • Don't let the straps swing or jerk you through the rep
