How to do it
Sit tall and extend one arm straight in front of you at shoulder height with the palm facing down. Use your other hand to gently pull the fingers and palm back toward your body until you feel a stretch through the forearm. Hold, then flip the palm up and repeat to stretch the other side of the forearm. Switch arms.

- Yanking the hand back into a painful range
