How to do it

Lie on your side with a roll ball placed under your inner thigh. Actively press your leg into the ball and roll slowly along the inner thigh, pausing on tender spots and contracting then relaxing the muscle to release the adductors.

  1. 1A release along the inner thigh as you roll over the ball
  2. 2The adductor softening when you pause on a tight spot
  3. 3Slow, deliberate pressure rather than fast rolling

Common mistakes

  • Rolling too quickly to feel anything
