How to do it

Set the TRX handles wide and lean back gripping them with a wide overhand grip, body straight and heels on the floor. Pull your chest toward the handles by driving your elbows out and back, squeezing your shoulder blades, then lower under control. Walk your feet forward to increase the difficulty.

  1. 1Upper back and rear delts engaging as you pull wide
  2. 2Shoulder blades squeezing together at the top
  3. 3A braced core keeping the body in a straight line

Common mistakes

  • Shrugging your shoulders up toward your ears
  • Letting your hips sag toward the floor
  • Jerking the body up instead of pulling smoothly
