How to do it

Face away from the TRX anchor with the handles in your hands and arms extended overhead, body leaning forward. Keeping your upper arms fixed and elbows high, bend at the elbows to lower your head between your hands, then press back to full extension. Walk your feet back to make it harder.

  1. 1Triceps stretching as you lower and contracting as you press
  2. 2Elbows staying fixed and pointed forward
  3. 3A tight plank line through the whole rep

Common mistakes

  • Letting your elbows flare out wide
  • Sagging at the hips or arching the back
  • Using your shoulders to push instead of the triceps
