How to do it
Set the TRX low and grip the handles with palms facing in, leaning back with knees bent and feet planted. Pull your chest to the handles, and as you row, tuck your knees toward your chest to add a core component, then extend your arms and legs back out under control.
- 1Lats and biceps pulling your chest to the handles
- 2Lower abs firing as you tuck the knees in
- 3Shoulder blades squeezing together at the top of the row
Common mistakes
- Letting your hips collapse between reps
- Jerking the handles or swinging the legs
- Shrugging your shoulders toward your ears
Muscles worked
The ring knee tuck row mainly works the lats, mid traps, and lower abs, with the biceps, hip flexors, forearms, upper abs, obliques, and rear delts assisting.
