How to do it
Set TRX straps or rings short and grab a handle in each hand. Walk your feet forward until your body is parallel to the floor, hanging underneath the anchor. Pull your chest up to the handles by driving your elbows back, then lower under control.
- 1Feel your mid-back and lats pull your chest to the handles
- 2Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top
- 3Keep your body rigid and flat from heels to head
Common mistakes
- Don't let your hips sag below the line of your body
- Avoid shrugging your shoulders toward your ears
- Don't yank with the arms; lead the pull with your back
