How to do it
Lie on your back and place both heels in the TRX foot cradles with legs extended. Drive through your heels to lift your hips until your body forms a straight line from shoulders to knees, then lower with control.
- 1Glutes and hamstrings driving your hips toward the ceiling
- 2A firm squeeze at the top with ribs down
- 3Heels pressing steadily into the cradles to stay balanced
Common mistakes
- Arching your lower back to push higher
- Letting your hips sag or drift side to side
- Pushing through your toes instead of your heels
Muscles worked
The ring hip bridge mainly works the glutes and hamstrings, with the lower back and lower abs assisting.
