How to do it

Anchor a resistance band and loop it around your forearms as you stand facing a wall with your forearms and elbows pressed against it at shoulder height. Press into the wall and slide your forearms upward against the band tension, then lower back down using your serratus to control the movement.

  1. 1Your shoulder blades rotating up and around your ribcage
  2. 2The muscles under your armpits and between your blades working against the band
  3. 3Your ribcage staying down and abs engaged

Common mistakes
