How to do it
Sit on the machine with the balls of your feet on the platform and the padded lever resting across your knees. Press up onto your toes by extending your ankles as high as you can, squeezing your calves, then lower your heels under control for a full stretch.

- Do not bounce out of the bottom; control the stretch
