How to do it
Sit at the plate-loaded leverage calf machine with the pad on your lower thighs near the knees and the balls of your feet on the platform. Press your heels up as high as possible, then lower under control.
- 1Press through the balls of your feet so you feel your calves contract
- 2Pause at the top to squeeze, then lower slowly to feel a stretch
- 3Keep even weight across your toes throughout

- Do not bounce or use momentum to complete the reps
