How to do it
Sit or stand at the leverage machine with the handles set overhead and your upper arms framing your head. Extend through the elbows to press the handles up until your arms are straight, then lower under control to a deep stretch.

- 3A braced torso so only the elbows move
Common mistakes
- Flaring the elbows out to the sides
- Leaning back and turning it into a press
- Bending the wrists; keep them neutral
