How to do it

Sit or stand at the leverage machine with the handles set overhead and your upper arms framing your head. Extend through the elbows to press the handles up until your arms are straight, then lower under control to a deep stretch.

  1. 1The triceps loading on the stretch and squeezing hard at lockout
  2. 2Elbows pointing forward and staying close to your head
  3. 3A braced torso so only the elbows move

Common mistakes
