How to do it
Sit in the leverage abduction machine with your outer thighs against the pads. Drive your knees apart against the resistance, then return slowly to the start under control without letting the weight slam.

Common mistakes
- Do not use momentum to fling the pads open
- Avoid leaning forward to cheat the weight
