How to do it
Set the seat so the handles start just overhead with your chest tall and shoulders down. Pull the handles down toward your upper chest by driving your elbows down and back, then return under control to a full stretch.

- Shrugging up, leaning way back to turn it into a row, or yanking with momentum instead of controlling the eccentric.
