How to do it
Load one end of a barbell into a landmine and attach a V-bar handle near the sleeve. Hinge forward with a flat back and let the bar hang at arm's length. Pull the V-bar toward your torso by squeezing your shoulder blades together, then lower with control.

- 2Keep your core braced and hips hinged
- 3Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top
Common mistakes
- Don't twist your torso or heave with your biceps
- Avoid yanking the bar; move it smoothly
- Don't let your shoulders round forward
