How to do it

Kneel and place the backs of your fists or knuckles on the floor in front of you. Slowly roll across the surface of your hand, from the base of the fingers toward the wrist and back, mobilizing the wrist and the small muscles of the forearm. Keep the pressure light and the motion smooth.

  1. 1Feel a gentle mobilization through the wrist and forearm
  2. 2Keep the roll slow and the pressure light
  3. 3Move through a comfortable range, not the end of pain

Common mistakes

  • Avoid grinding your knuckles hard into the floor
  • Do not rush the roll; keep it smooth and controlled
  • Avoid forcing range if the wrist feels sharp
