How to do it
Sit or stand resting your forearms on your thighs or a bench with your palms facing up and a kettlebell in each hand, wrists hanging just past your knees. Let the kettlebell roll down to your fingertips, then curl it up by flexing only at the wrist. Lower under control.
- 1Your forearm flexors should contract to curl the kettlebell up
- 2Keep your forearm fixed and move only at the wrist joint
- 3Feel a smooth squeeze at the top of each rep
Common mistakes
- Avoid using your biceps or lifting your forearm
- Don't drop the kettlebell quickly on the negative
- Avoid bending your elbow or moving your upper arm
