How to do it
Hinge forward at the hips with a flat back, holding a kettlebell in each hand hanging below your chest. Keeping a slight bend in your elbows, raise both arms out to the sides until they are level with your torso, leading with the elbows. Lower under control.

Common mistakes
- Avoid swinging or using momentum to lift
- Don't shrug your shoulders toward your ears
