How to do it
Stand tall and hold a kettlebell at shoulder height with the bell flipped upside down, gripping the handle so the bottom points to the ceiling. Brace your core and grip hard, then press the bell straight overhead until your arm locks out, keeping the forearm vertical the whole way.

Common mistakes
