How to do it
Hold two kettlebells in the front rack at shoulder height. Press one bell overhead while the other stays racked, then lower it as you press the second bell up, alternating in a seesaw rhythm. Keep your core braced throughout.
- 1Feel your front delt and triceps drive each bell straight overhead
- 2Brace your core hard to resist tipping side to side as the bells alternate
- 3Lock out each bell fully before lowering it
Common mistakes
- Don't lean away from the pressing arm to cheat the bell up
- Avoid arching your lower back as you alternate
- Don't let the racked bell drift forward while you press the other
Muscles worked
The kettlebell seesaw press mainly works the front delts and triceps, with the upper traps, upper abs, lower abs, obliques, side delts, forearms, upper chest, and lower back assisting.
