How to do it
Hold a kettlebell by the handle with both hands, letting it hang in front of your thighs. Raise it straight out in front of you to shoulder height, then lower it back down under control. Use a light bell to learn the movement.

Common mistakes

- Don't lock your elbows; keep a soft bend throughout
