How to do it
Clean two kettlebells to the rack position at shoulder height with palms facing in. Dip slightly at the knees, then explosively drive through your legs to launch both bells overhead, locking out your arms at the top. Lower back to the rack and reset between reps.
- 1Use your legs to generate power and feel the bells accelerate off your
- 2shoulders
- 3Lock both bells overhead with your shoulders and triceps engaged
- 4Keep your core braced to control the dip and drive
Common mistakes
- Avoid excessive arching of your lower back at lockout
- Don't press with your arms before your legs have extended
- Avoid catching the bells on locked joints; absorb through active muscles
