How to do it
Hold a kettlebell by the horns in front of your chest and stand tall with a braced core. Circle the bell around your head, passing it close behind your neck and back to the front, then reverse direction.
- 1Feel your shoulders and upper back guide the bell around your head
- 2Keep your core braced so your torso stays still
- 3Move the bell close to your head in a smooth path
Common mistakes
- Don't let your hips sway or rotate with the bell
- Avoid letting the bell drift far from your head
- Don't shrug or crane your neck forward
