How to do it
Stand holding a kettlebell racked at shoulder level. Brace your core and press the bell up and slightly forward on an angle until your arm is extended, then lower it back to the rack under control.

- 3Keep your wrist stacked and the bell controlled
Common mistakes
- Don't overextend your lower back during the press
- Avoid pressing too far away from your body
- Don't twist your torso or shift your hips
