How to do it

Jump rope at a steady rhythm, turning the rope with your wrists and hopping lightly on the balls of your feet. Maintain consistent timing and control.

  1. 1Keep a light bounce on the balls of your feet and feel your calves working
  2. 2Turn the rope with relaxed wrists for a smooth swing
  3. 3Maintain a steady rhythm and controlled breathing

Common mistakes

  • Don't land heavily or jump excessively high
  • Avoid swinging your arms widely, the rotation comes from your wrists
  • Don't hold your breath, stay relaxed
