How to do it
Set up in an incline push-up position with your hands on an elevated surface and your body in a straight line. Press up onto your fingertips and lower back down, keeping the load on your fingers and a strong line from head to heels.

- Collapsing the fingers or letting the wrists buckle
- Letting the hips sag toward the surface
