How to do it
Hold a hand spring gripper or torsion device in one hand with your palm facing up and your forearm supported on your thigh or a bench. Curl your wrist up to flex against the spring's resistance, then slowly let it return to the stretched position. Move only at the wrist and complete all reps, then switch hands.
