How to do it
Stand with your feet hip-width apart and arms at your sides. Step one foot back and behind you into a skater stance while raising both arms straight out in front to shoulder height. Return to center and alternate the stepping leg.

- Do not swing the arms up with momentum
- Avoid raising your hands above shoulder level
