How to do it
Extend one arm in front of you with the palm facing forward and fingers pointing up. Use your other hand to gently pull the fingers back toward your body until you feel a stretch through your palm and the underside of your forearm. Keep the elbow straight, hold, then switch hands.
- 1A stretch through your palm, fingers, and underside of the forearm
- 2Your elbow staying straight as you pull the fingers back
- 3A mild pulling sensation, never sharp pain
Common mistakes
