How to do it
Grip an EZ bar with an underhand grip on the angled sections, hands about shoulder-width apart. Hinge forward at the hips with a flat back and let the bar hang. Row it toward your lower stomach, driving your elbows back along your sides, then lower under control.

- 2Keep your elbows tucked close to your sides as you row
- 3Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top
Common mistakes
- Avoid rounding your back; hinge at the hips and stay braced
- Do not jerk the bar with your hips or lower back
- Do not let your elbows flare wide away from your body
