How to do it
Lie back on a decline bench holding an EZ bar with a narrow grip, arms extended over your chest. Bend at the elbows to lower the bar toward your forehead or behind your head, then extend back up by squeezing your triceps. Keep your upper arms still.

- Letting your elbows flare out wide
